resin-bonded abrasive wheel developed for cutting stainless steel,
steel pipes, steel plates, steel bars, rebar and general metal
profiles. Its 1.9mm thin profile supports efficient material removal,
while the large 230mm diameter provides deeper cutting reach for
compatible 9-inch angle grinders and portable cutting equipment.

Fiber-Reinforced Resin-Bonded Structure
The cutting wheel combines resin-bonded abrasive material,
fiberglass reinforcement and a metal center ring. The abrasive
body performs the cutting action, while the reinforcement supports
wheel stability during operation with the correct machine, guard
and operating conditions.

Single-Mesh and Double-Mesh Cutting Disc Options
The KELIEF 230mm cutting disc can be supplied with single-mesh
or double-mesh reinforcement according to customer requirements,
product positioning and target market needs.
The single-mesh configuration uses one fiberglass reinforcement
layer. Mesh texture is normally visible on one side, while the
opposite side has a smoother appearance.
The double-mesh configuration uses fiberglass reinforcement on
both sides of the abrasive body. Mesh texture can normally be
observed on both sides of the finished cutting wheel.
